A success story
full of light
Molto Luce was founded in 1981 by then 22-year-old Fritz Eiber in Wels. What began as a 100 m² groß light specialist store with Italian light design quickly developed into a successful company. With the opening of the development and production site in Weißkirchen in 2002, Molto Luce changed from a retailer to a manufacturer of innovative lighting solutions. Today, the company employs around 480 staff at ten locations and develops and produces design-oriented lighting solutions for projects in Austria and worldwide.

At the centre are durable and modular products that can adapt flexibly to new requirements and enable responsible use of resources. At the same time, the importance of sensors, digital networking, and intelligent light control is growing. A particular potential lies in the holistic combination of light and acoustics to design spaces not only visually, but also acoustically, in an optimal way. Technologies such as Matrix technology also create new possibilities for dynamic lighting solutions that respond individually to daylight, room use, and people's needs. This creates future-proof systems that combine comfort, design, and efficiency.
