Bucher Automation
Innovative Lighting Concepts
In Ludwigsburg, Germany, a state-of-the-art office building was created for the internationally active technology company Bucher Automation. The multi-storey new build forms the centrepiece of the company’s headquarters and is divided into various zones designed for focused work and open communication.
The architectural design reflects the demands of a forward-looking industrial enterprise: transparency, scalability and efficiency define the concept. Clean lines underline the building’s straightforward character.
The lighting concept by MOLTO LUCE was developed in close collaboration with all project stakeholders. The objective: a harmonious interplay of functionality, design and well-being. Key considerations included energy efficiency, ease of maintenance, glare-free workplace lighting and a controllable lighting atmosphere.
The following product series were used:
- LOG 50: The luminaire with microprism optics was used to ensure uniform and glare-free illumination at workstations.
- RIDE: The linear structure of this luminaire integrates seamlessly into the architectural concept and provides precise lighting for general areas.
- MOVA: Thanks to its almost limitless flexibility, this spotlight was installed across various zones. X-Change technology enables quick, tool-free replacement of the LED modules, supporting long-term sustainability.
By combining these systems, a differentiated lighting solution was realised, tailored to suit the specific spatial requirements – from individual and open-plan offices to meeting areas and general zones.
The collaboration between Bucher Automation and MOLTO LUCE was characterised by strong planning and implementation expertise. Particular appreciation was given to the technical consulting, reliable execution, and flexibility throughout the project.
